Privacy Policy

Introduction

We have updated our Privacy Policy to make it easier for you to understand what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and protected, and your rights regarding your personal data. This policy update also reflects new data protection regulations for the European Union (effective May 25, 2018). Please take time to read this Privacy Policy so that you understand how we collect, process and use personal data.

Your continued use of Jetkrate services is subject to this updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the data we collect and how we use and share it, you should not use this website or the services we provide.

In order to provide our services to you, you need to provide certain personal information to us, as described in detail below. We know that the privacy of your personal information is important to you. We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of any personal data which we receive from you and retain on your behalf.

Who we are

In this Privacy Policy, references to “Jetkrate” “we” and “us” are to Jetkrate Limited, 76E Stoddard Road, Mount Roskill, Auckland, New Zealand and its affiliate companies.

What is "personal information" ?

The terms “personal information” or “personal data” are used in this Privacy Policy to mean information that can be used to determine, distinguish or trace your identity, including your name, e-mail address, physical address, phone number, and any other information that is linked or linkable to you.

How we protect personal information

We are committed to responsible data management and comply with applicable data protection legislation. We apply industry best practices to protect the security of the data stored on our systems. As a general rule, we do not store credit card information except for customers in certain countries where Jetkrate service is provided in cooperation with a partner. For those countries, customers' credit card information is stored securely in compliance with the credit card industry PCI-DSS security requirements.

  • For customers in most countries, credit card information is taken and processed on our behalf by the secure servers of Adyen Enterprise Payment Services, a Netherlands Internet Payment Service Provider certified by the major credit card companies. Disclosures required by law

We may need to disclose your personal information if required to do so by a court or government agency, or to investigate fraud, or as may otherwise be required by law.
