A package forwarding warehouse is the local receiving point between the retailer and your final international shipment.
Use the correct Jetkrate origin address, buy eligible goods, then manage the parcel after it arrives — including whether to ship, hold, consolidate or request repacking where available.
Use the warehouse address that matches the store
Each origin has its own forwarding address. A parcel sent to the wrong country can create delays, failed deliveries, extra handling or returns.

The warehouse receives retailer parcels, links them to customer accounts, and makes them available for the next action. It is the receiving and forwarding point for eligible parcels.
The warehouse is not the retailer. It does not manufacture, sell or guarantee the goods. Retailer issues still sit with the retailer.
What happens when your parcel arrives
Once the parcel is processed into your account, the forwarding model gives you more control than a direct retailer shipment.
Parcel received
The retailer delivers your order locally to the correct Jetkrate warehouse address.

The parcel is processed and linked to the relevant customer account.
Next action chosen
You can review the parcel and choose whether to ship, wait, consolidate or request repacking where available.
Some goods cannot be accepted or forwarded
Some goods may be prohibited, restricted or unsuitable for forwarding. This can include dangerous goods, perishable products, certain liquids, batteries, weapons, medicines, high-risk branded goods, oversized items and products restricted by the destination country.
Always check before ordering. Forwarding access does not override product restrictions, customs rules or destination-country import limits.
