Submit the retailer, item, price, colour, size, variant and instructions inside your Jetkrate account. We review the request, confirm whether we can support it, and if accepted you can pay the concierge invoice before we place the order.

A practical option when checkout gets complicated

Use Shopping Concierge when a retailer will not accept your overseas payment method, requires local checkout details, or makes it difficult to complete the purchase yourself.

You submit the item details through your Jetkrate account, we review whether the order can be supported, then invoice you for the retailer purchase amount plus the concierge fee before placing the order.

We check whether the request can be supported and either accept or decline it.

If accepted, an invoice payment link appears inside the concierge module.

Once paid, Jetkrate places the retailer order using the details you supplied.

Forward normally

When it arrives at the warehouse, it follows the usual package forwarding flow.

Current concierge charges

Concierge invoices include the retailer purchase amount plus the concierge charge. The concierge charge is the applicable warehouse base fee plus 5% of the total purchase amount, including retailer domestic postage or delivery where applicable.

Australia: A$20 AUD base fee + 5%
New Zealand: NZ$20 NZD base fee + 5%
United Kingdom: £10 GBP base fee + 5%
United States: US$10 USD base fee + 5%

International shipping/package forwarding is charged separately after the parcel reaches Jetkrate.

Shipping is separate

The concierge process and invoice cover ordering on behalf of the customer: the retailer purchase amount plus the warehouse base fee and 5% of the total purchase amount. International shipping and package forwarding charges are separate.

Once the item reaches the Jetkrate warehouse, you can manage the parcel through the normal forwarding flow and choose how you want it shipped internationally.

What to include in your request

Clear instructions help Jetkrate review the request quickly and reduce back-and-forth before the order is accepted.

Retailer name and product page link.
Item price and any domestic delivery cost shown by the retailer.
Colour, size, variant, quantity and substitutions if applicable.
Specific ordering instructions or discount codes.
Destination country and warehouse region you expect to use.
Any known restriction concern such as liquids, batteries, fragile or oversized goods.
Important but simple

We review first so the order has the best chance of going smoothly

Jetkrate will accept concierge requests we can reasonably support. Some items, retailers or destinations may still be declined because of product restrictions, retailer limitations, payment checks, stock availability or forwarding practicality.

That review step protects you from paying for an order that is unlikely to move cleanly through the forwarding process.

Where do I start?

Log in to your Jetkrate account and open the Shopping Concierge module to submit the request form.

What happens if accepted?

You will receive an invoice payment link inside the module. Once paid, Jetkrate places the order using your submitted details.

What happens if declined?

The request will not proceed, and you can adjust the details or use standard package forwarding if you can buy directly.

Are forwarding charges included?

No. Concierge invoices include the retailer purchase amount plus the base fee and 5% of the total purchase amount, including domestic postage where applicable. International forwarding/shipping charges are separate and handled later.
