How Jetkrate Works
Jetkrate helps you shop from overseas stores and ship parcels internationally without relying on friends, family or retailer-direct international shipping.
You can use Jetkrate for package forwarding from New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Australia and the United States. Courier booking is also available for eligible shipments where shown in your account.
Two services, one Jetkrate account
Jetkrate supports two different parcel journeys from the same account.
Package forwarding is for shoppers who want to buy from overseas stores and send orders to a Jetkrate warehouse before international shipping.
Courier booking is for customers who already have a parcel to send and want to compare eligible courier options based on parcel details, origin and destination.
Package forwarding in simple steps
Package forwarding is the main Jetkrate service for shoppers. SIGN UP, choose the country you want to shop from, copy your Jetkrate address, and use that address at checkout with eligible online retailers.
Courier booking where available
Courier booking is separate from package forwarding. It is for customers who already have a parcel to send and want to compare available shipping options based on origin, destination and parcel details.

Create your account
SIGN UP and choose the Jetkrate warehouse address for the country you want to shop from.
Estimate charges
Before shopping, estimate the likely forwarding and shipping charges so you can decide whether the order makes sense.
Shop overseas
Use your Jetkrate address at checkout to access overseas stores, manage delivery to your forwarding address and choose your international shipping option through Jetkrate.
Manage your parcel
When the order arrives, review it in your dashboard and choose add-ons where available.
Ship internationally
Select an available shipping option, complete declarations, pay and track the parcel to your delivery address.

Consolidation, repacking and add-on services
Once parcels arrive at Jetkrate, you can manage them from your account. Depending on the parcel and warehouse, you may be able to consolidate multiple parcels, repack eligible parcels to reduce wasted space, request photos or extra handling where available, choose between courier options and prepare customs information.
Not every parcel is suitable for every service. Fragile, oversized, restricted or sealed items may need to be handled differently.
Add origin, destination, dimensions, weight and item information so available services can be checked.
Review the courier services shown for that parcel, route and service availability.
Pack securely and make sure the parcel matches the size, weight and handling requirements.
Provide the required item, value and customs information before booking the shipment.
Confirm the booking, follow the carrier instructions and track the shipment after dispatch.
What to confirm before ordering or shipping
International parcels may be reviewed by customs in the destination country. Duties, taxes, clearance fees or import requirements are normally the receiver's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
